It retains all its natural glycerin, offering a deep, non-stripping cleanse that honors the traditional ritual.
Is NATYOU SOAP suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, many customers with sensitive skin love our soap. It's made with organic olive oil and coconut oil, both known for being gentle and nourishing on the skin. Lye is used only during the soap-making process (saponification) to turn the oils into soap, it doesn't remain in the final product.
That said, everyone's skin is different, so we always recommend doing a small patch test first if you have very sensitive or reactive skin.
Why does the texture look different from liquid or bar soap?
That is the signature of authenticity! Our soap is a natural, gelatinous soft paste. Because we do not use chemical hardeners or synthetic stabilizers, the texture can naturally soften or become firmer depending on the room temperature. This is completely normal and does not change its efficacy.
How should I store the tube to keep it fresh?
Always snap the cap tightly closed after each use. Because our formula is completely natural and free from synthetic stabilizers, the tube packaging is perfect for keeping our soaps protected from shower water and steam. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and always squeeze gently from the bottom of the tube.
